This is simply an interest list, when we reopen, we will let you know immediately, but the spots will fill based on who is approved and completes the paperwork first.

 

Membership fees are as follows:

Membership Intake fee: $2670 (taken in two installments of $1335) +
Remaining balance of $2167 will be paid over the remaining 11 months following the intake visit ($197/mo).
